Ron Quinn

Mr. Quinn brings more than two decades of banking experience to Peach State Bank & Trust, with extensive commercial lending expertise and a track record reflecting portfolio growth and soundness. He earned his BBA in Economics from the University of Georgia and has completed graduate banking school from Louisiana State University. He is active in a host of local civic, youth and economic development endeavors including the Gainesville Rotary Club, Boys & Girls Club, Greater Hall Chamber of Commerce, Edmondson Telford Center for Children. He is also an active member of First United Methodist Church.



William House

Mr. House is Chairman of the Board for Peach State Bank & Trust. He has practiced law in Gainesville, Georgia since 1969 and holds a BBA and a JD degree from the University of Georgia. Mr. House is a director of Fieldale Farms Corporation and Gibson Dental Designs, Inc. and serves as President and Chief Executive Officer of House Properties, Inc., Calls, Inc. and Puts, Inc., each of which buys and sells stocks which are primarily listed on the New York Stock Exchange. He is also the President of the Edmondson-Telford Foundation, a private non-profit foundation.



J. Gary Crow

As President and CEO of T. Reid’s Mint, Inc., Gary is active in land purchasing and sales and has been a dealer in rare coins for over 30 years. He is a life member of American Numismatic Association, Georgia Numismatic Association, and Florida United Numismatic.



C. Andrew Fuller

Mr. Fuller serves as Superior Court Judge for the Northeastern Judicial Circuit for Hall and Dawson Counties. He has also served as District Attorney from 1987 to 1993, prior to which time he served in private practice. He is active in the Northeastern Bar Association, Gainesville Rotary Club, Hall County Chamber of Commerce, Gainesville Park & Recreation Department and the United Way. He is a lifetime member of First United Methodist Church.



Alvin Gibson

Mr. Gibson is President and CEO of Gibson Dental Designs, Inc., a full service dental laboratory located in Gainesville, Georgia. He brings past bank organizing and director experience to Peach State Bank and Trust. Mr. Gibson is an active real estate and automobile investor. He is passionate about the dental industry trade and is currently serving as President for the Southeastern Conference of Dental Laboratories. He is a past president and current board member for the Georgia Dental Laboratory Association. He is a member of Rotary Club and Old Union Baptist Church.



Joe M. Hatfield

As Executive Vice President of Fieldale Farms Corp., Mr. Hatfield has served in management of the poultry operation for nearly 20 years. He is currently serving on the board of Directors for the Georgia Department of Economic Development and North Georgia Technical College. He is involved with the Environmental Committee, National Chicken Council, U.S. Poultry & Egg Association and Georgia Poultry Federation as well as the Junior Ranger Program and Ladies Weekend Out with the DNR.



Stewart Teaver

Mr. Teaver brings to Peach State Bank past experience as a bank director, as well as the expertise gained as President of City Plumbing and Electric Supply. He is also the Vice President of Area Realty, member of Area Realty I, LLC and a Director of The Distribution Point, a master wholesale distributor in Birmingham, Alabama.



Robert W. Lawson, Jr.

Mr. Lawson is a retired attorney and investor who served in the Georgia State House of Representatives from 1978 to 1994. He was also an organizer and former Director of Georgia First Bank and was Assistant District Attorney for Hall County. His wife, Sissy, served three terms as Mayor of Gainesville. Mr. Lawson is an active member of First United Methodist Church, where he sits on the Administrative Board and has been a participant in countless civic and charitable endeavors including the Kiwanis Club, Arts Council, the Heart Fund and youth sports.



Wesley E. Martin

As CEO/CFO of Jake Martin & Sons Contractors, Inc., Mr. Martin has been involved in Leadership Hall County as well as coaching in youth sports. He is an active member of First United Methodist Church and is a Trustee for Antioch Campground. Mr. Martin also served as a Director of the Gainesville Jaycees.



David D. Stovall

Mr. Stovall is President and CEO of Habersham Bancorp. He joined the company in 1979 and became a Board member in 1989. Since that time, he has been a founding Chairman or Principal in additional mortgage and banking endeavors. He is a Magna Cum Laude graduate of North Georgia College and has also completed studies at the Stonier Graduate School of Banking at Rutgers University. A Rotary member of long-standing, he has served the organization in countless ways and been awarded the Rotary Foundation Citation for Meritorious Service, The Distinguished Service Award and the Rotarian of the Millennium. Among his many civic involvements include membership on the Habersham County Industrial Authority, Lake Lanier Water Governance Council, and Habersham County Airport Authority. Mr. Stovall has also been named Outstanding Young Man of the Year and Who’s Who in U.S. Commercial and Savings Banks. He is a member of First Presbyterian Church in Cornelia.
